Wanted to this for a long time..mainitan a diray of V's activities so that it'll be an amusing read later on. Will try to update once a month..
V kutti is now 14 months old...
1. Can walk - enjoys chasing birds in the park.
2. Can talk - ball-tha (waked up with that), tight (light can point to it too) , uh-oh (after dropping/throwing any item), dhu dhu (juice), bye (with the hand movement) Used to say thanki (thank u ), apple..seem to have forgotten along the way.
3. understands - inga va(come here), tha (give), clap
4. favorite toy - ball
5. favorite food - mini wheat cereal, cheerios, any finger food.
6. Hates milk.
7.favorite TV show/character - seems to have a preference for Barney..not sure.

Random updates
When I created this blog, I thought I had lots to talk and no one to listen and hence this blog space would be my silent listener. Well now you would have guessed as to how much I have "talked"
May be I did not have the patience to put down in writing the various thoughts swimming in my brain.
Well updates first,
1. Came out of "non-working" mode. Not to say that I am super diligent now..but at least not as lazy as before.
2. Awaiting yet another performance review at work. Gonna happen tomorrow. Last 6 months was ok..nothing spectacular. actually fell short on one of my assignments early part of this year. Now , I am not sure how that is going to come out . Well there are normally three grades...1. Exceeded expectations, 2. Met expectations and 3. Did not satisfy expectations. For the past 4 reviews I have been consistently meeting expectations. Don't want to fall now and hope to exceed at least next time.
3. my son - V ...he turned one and we had a good celebration with friends and family. during the course of my blog hopping saw a couple of mommy blogs and realized how I don't remember any details of my pregnancy or day to day achievements of V. So am thinking of adding something about him in this blog every now and then so that It can be a good read for me later on.
4. Managed to read half blood prince. yes the 6'th book and no haven't read deathly hallows yet. Will read soon. my wish list - is to own all of 7 harry potter books. May be I'll gift V someday. I think its a splurge to spend it on myself. (Did i tell you that i am stingy when it comes to me ? )
